Gary Schuster | Interim Director

Andrew Liedl | Creative & Brand Manager

Liedl leads digital, environmental, and print deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders to appeal to multiple segments of the education market. Liedl serves as chair of the Identity Standards Committee to assist others on campus with adhering to the University’s brand and identity guidelines. | 715-232-5451

Cheryl Keyes | Production Coordinator

Keyes provides production management and vendor management support for the client services team. She updates the unit's project tracking system, maintains electronic files, coordinates product orders and handles press checks with print vendors and Printing Services. | 715-232-2690

Walters is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of designs that support marketing goals for campus initiatives and programs. He creates designs for print and electronic communications. | 715-232-2219

Jerry Poling | Communications Manager

Poling oversees the development of written content and accompanying imagery to support strategic marketing initiatives, including feature articles, news releases, and testimonials. His duties include overseeing editorial content for Outlook, the annual alumni magazine, and serving as the university's public information officer. | 715-232-2384 


Abbey Goers, content marketing specialist.

Abbey Goers | Content Developer

Goers works with university departments to develop, maintain and integrate content deliverables for print, web and digital marketing. She contributes to the editorial calendar, content style guide and marketing campaigns.


Digital Marketing & Media Team


Emily Stubbe | Digital Marketing Manager

Stubbe is responsible for the implementation and analysis of a variety of the university’s digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, social media marketing, retargeting, and geo-fencing. She leads the digital marketing team in brainstorming, strategizing, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving our digital efforts.


Emily Boisen

Emily Boisen | Pardot Marketing Specialist

Boisen serves as the university's Pardot administrator on the Salesforce team. Boisen manages Pardot and supports the development of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system for marketing automation and email communications.



Rachel Hallgrimson | Social Media Coordinator

Hallgrimson manages the university's primary social media accounts. She developed and is maintaining a campus-wide social media strategy in accordance with the university's brand identity and content strategy. She also acts as the campus social media consultant and videographer. | 715-232-5244

Kayla Price | Digital Marketing Specialist

Price is responsible for planning, set up, launch, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns. Price develops effective digital marketing strategies, executes those strategies, and provide reports on digital marketing campaign outcomes.


Web & Media Team


Gary Schuster | Web & Media Manager

Schuster serves as the UW-Stout web content manager and provides direction on photography and video content, design, and strategy. He chairs the Web Oversight Committee in congruence with Learning Information Technologies and collaborates with the UW-Stout web operations manager on web updates and improvements. | 715-232-2284


Chris Cooper

Chris Cooper | Photographer & Videographer

Cooper is the university's primary photographer and videographer. He is responsible for capturing the best side of the Stout community in high-quality images of students, professors, buildings, classes, labs, and newsworthy events. He also maintains the university’s digital asset management system. | 715-232-5516



Zach Porter | Video Production Assistant

Porter assists the university photographer/Videographer in every phase of production, including setting up lighting and audio equipment, filming, and post-production editing. Porter's responsibilities include uploading and organizing the content for post-production editing.
