What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in earning your degree? Transfering to UW-Stout's School of Art and Design was a rewarding challenge and a big journey for me. Throughout my time here on campus, I've shown myself just how far hard work and determination will take you. Growing both personally and as a designer has now allowed me to perform on all cylinders as I prepare to jump into my career.

What will you appreciate most about your UW-Stout experience? One of the best relationships I've built at Stout is with my graphic design Professor Nagesh Shinde. It was in his classes where I felt completely immersed in design inspiration and encouraged to do my best work possible. It all paid off when my work was celebrated at the American Advertising Awards in Minneapolis, taking home three gold awards from design work that was all done in Nagesh's class. This has led me to push myself further than ever before, making my time at UW-Stout a major steppingstone in my career.

What’s next in your life? I will start my next journey in the Minneapolis area in the field of advertising. As a UW-Stout alumnus, I plan to strive to be a mentor to students and everyone in the design community because I was fortunate to have that same experience when I was going through school.
