Brief Biography
Dedicated career services professional who is passionate about aiding students and employers in meeting their career related needs. I currently serve as the Career Counselor for the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. I also oversee a large Cooperative Education program with 1000+ students, 70+ faculty, and 600+ employers annually. Cooperative Education at UW-Stout is an outstanding example of a high impact practice (HIP) in Higher Education. I have worn many hats in my career—Teacher, Advisor, Counselor, Labor Market Specialist, and Cooperative Education Coordinator. I have the ability to help students discover their career path and enjoy working with them until it has become their reality. To be successful, I strive to develop trust with all stakeholders; deliver exceptional customer service; believe in strong partnerships; work in collaboration; and connect students and employers with great opportunities.
