The Reflective Practice Framework provides instructors with a set of pedagogical competencies that help focus and hone effective teaching practices embedded in inclusive instruction. The professional development resources provided as part of this framework are designed to help instructors easily find experiences and resources that help meet thier teaching goals.

The LEADR Board Challenge is an easy way to begin your teaching excellence journey. The framework allows you flexibility and choice in engaging with teaching excellence:
- Choose a domain from the left side of the framework and work your across the scaffolded Learn, Explore, Apply, Document, and Reflect activities
- Select a level of engagement from the top of the framework and work your way down the domains of effective teaching practices: Reflection, Purposeful Pedagogy, Effective Instruction, Learning Environments and Assessment.
- Select the domain of interest and level of engagement of interest and explore!
