Seeking Innovative, Tech-Based Businesses
Is the STBP an ideal place for you? We are a great match for businesses who are:
- Technology-based in manufacturing or development
- Of any size, small or large
- In a discipline relating to a field at UW-Stout
- In need of 70-75 acres for a 25-60,000 square foot building to house up to 400 employees
Our Owner Mix
The owner mix in the STBP includes commercial businesses up front (business, professional, medical, financial and educational services), with industrial businesses behind (light industrial, clean manufacturing, high-tech businesses and distribution). Most are small operations with light shipping and receiving traffic. STBP owners such as Andersen Corporation and Phillips Plastics join Menomonie’s growing list of progressive international corporations including 3M, ConAgra Foods and Cardinal FG. Dunn County is home to many other plastics, agribusiness and logistics cluster employers.
