Our Students Say
"I have liked the open discussions, the instructor's openness to answering questions, the organization, and learning specific strategies on responding or dealing with disruptive behavior.”
~ Kendra Brolsma"Reading about all the different behavioral scenarios teachers have encountered in schools through discussion postings has been very enlightening for me. Sometimes it feels like I'm in a bubble at my school, so hearing other experiences and approaches to behavior concerns has been very helpful in reassuring me (a newish teacher) and gives me ideas for addressing problem behaviors.
Overall, all the assignments are very applicable to my everyday teaching, and that made this class very helpful."
~ Erin Janke
"I have enjoyed reading the other students' posts and interacting on the discussion board. I liked the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) assignment because I got to read the FBAs other people created, as well as all of the feedback."
~ Nate Flesch
